Everything you need can be arranged here at the Clubhouse and it's less than two minutes walk from the villa on the estate: terrace Cafe, a floodlit tennis court, a well-equipped gym, an enormous palm-fringed swimming pool, plus changing rooms and showers. This villa can be rented as 2-bedroom villa. Daily: (1 – 5 nights) Rates are inclusive of a daily maid service, linen changing service every two days, and water and electricity. Weekly: (6 – 25 nights) Rates are inclusive of a maid and linen changing services twice per week, and water and electricity. Monthly: (26 nights – 3 months) Rates are inclusive of maid services twice per week only. Additional maid services cost 400 THB for 3 bedroom villa, also linen changing services are not included in this rate. Cost of water is charged at 90 THB per unit, and the cost of electricity is 5 THB per unit charged as utilities. Check in and Check Out: Check in time: 2.00 pm onwards.
