On entering your hallway you can either enter your Master bedroom suite or Guest bedroom suite on the ground floor
Take the wood and glass stairway to the large Open Plan Living/Dining /Kitchen area.
This large area with its three meter high ceilings includes a fully fitted European-style kitchen and guest bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen comprises high and low cupboards, granite worktops with sink, 4-ring hob with overhead extractor, an electric oven and a washing machine.
Living and Dining areas is glass fronted with ceiling to floor glass and leads on to large balcony.
A bridge leads from the upstairs balcony, over the swimming pool, to the Roof Top Garden
The Roof garden is shaded by use of a Sail and bound by Marine-quality stainless steel railings so as not to obstruct views.

On the ground floor, there are two double en-suite bedrooms, with the master bedroom having glass doors leading on to terraces where you can relax by your private pool.
