Land in Nuea Khlong, Thailand 10076 sq.m. № 170599

Approximately 15 km by 2 km, it features a small mountain on its northern side, ensuring an abundant water supply for any water-consuming project.
Calm and welcoming, it boasts places of worship (Buddhist, Muslim, and Christian).
Numerous small shops, restaurants, and several resorts are already established. There is a police station, a public clinic, and, more recently, a small clinic with a doctor on staff ; massage parlors and scooter rental establishments.
Boat connections are available to various islands (Ko Lanta, Phuket, Phuket via Ko Yao, Ko Phi Phi, Ao Nang, and Krabi). Either by private boat or by longtail boat from Lam Krueat fishing port (a bit longer, 30 minutes, but for 100 THB!), which is 30 minutes from Krabi International Airport (1 hour from the airport).
Krabi International Airport (modern and very well connected) is 25 minutes away by speedboat.
 Land:
Located in one of the best spots on the island (west coast, the sandiest, directly opposite Ko Phi Phi, with no rocks on the beach, and the possibility of installing a floating dock; very clean and very calm).
A small, well-maintained road crosses the island. A path provides access to the upper part of my land. There is a plan to pave this path. A small public power line serves the upper part of the land (cost of approximately 1,500,000 THB  for the new transmission lines, there is also a partial subsidy from the electricity authority.). A private water source is also possible via drilling (cost of approximately 700 000 THB depending on the size of the well and equipment, with a single or double pump).
Purchase is possible either outright for a company or a Thai citizen (42 million THB) or Alternatively, a long-term lease of 30 years is possible, with the option to renew (at an additional cost for tax purposes). (46 million THB for tax reasons).
