Supalai is preparing to launch 37 residential projects

Developer Supalai plans to launch 37 new residential projects across the country totaling 41 billion baht, which is the largest figure since its inception, of which more than half will be in the provinces.

This year, economic growth will continue with strong momentum in terms of tourism recovery, which will lead to increased income and increased employment across the country.

The company will launch 17 new projects in Greater Bangkok, including 14 low-rise housing projects and three condominium projects. The remaining 20 projects will be low-rise housing projects in other provinces.

Supalai currently has over 45 projects in the provinces, including those that are under development and those that are still in the design process. The largest number of projects is located in Chonburi (17 projects).

By the end of 2023, the company plans to receive 36 billion baht from the resale of real estate.

Last year, revenue of 32.4 billion baht was recorded on pre-sales, which is 35% more than 24 billion baht in 2021, and higher than its target of 28 billion baht.
