Developer Supalai plans to launch 37 new residential projects across the country totaling 41 billion baht, which is the largest figure since its inception, of which more than half will be in the provinces.

Last year, revenue of 32.4 billion baht was recorded on pre-sales, which is 35% more than 24 billion baht in 2021, and higher than its target of 28 billion baht.
