D'well Grand Asset and Sethiwan Group have revealed plans to build a new luxury housing project near the intersection of Ramkamheng and Rama IX roads with a total cost of 380 million baht. This project is the latest in the framework of cooperation between the two companies, between which a cooperation agreement was signed in 2018, under which three residential projects were launched in Bangkok.
The luxury housing project, dubbed PORNORama 9, is a three-storey house with an Italian minimalist design inspired by Bulgari hotels. The complex is extremely exclusive, there are only eight houses. Prices range from 39.9 to 70 million baht, and there are two designs to choose from.
The project is located next to international schools, hospitals and The Mall Group shopping center under construction. In addition, RAMA Rama 9 is located close to the planned MRT Orange Line underground subway station, and there is also easy access to the Bangkok Expressway system.
Booking of houses in ARNA Rama 9 opened at the end of August.
Over the past two years, it has been noted that the demand for low-rise housing continues to grow. Buyers want to move from apartments in the city, in which the living space is limited, to more spacious houses and live with large families. These customers want more functionality and useful space for various activities. In addition, the location of the project is one of the key ones for buyers. It should be easy to get home from the city.
It is expected that the residential complex will be in demand and sales will close soon.
