The drinking water pipe itself is crafted with precision, employing aluminum coated with a protective layer, rendering it impervious to pressures of up to 10 bar and temperatures as high as 90°.
As you explore the inner sanctum of the villa, you'll discover that its outer walls are fortified with gas concrete, boasting a generous thickness of 26cm. The roof truss, a masterpiece in its own right, was meticulously crafted from sheet steel trusses, providing both strength and aesthetic appeal. The roof itself is adorned with beautifully burnt roof tiles, showcasing a fusion of craftsmanship and charm.
No detail was overlooked in the pursuit of perfection. The rafters and ceilings were thoughtfully insulated with a layer of 15cm thick glass wool, carefully enveloped in an aluminum coating, ensuring optimal temperature control and creating a sanctuary of comfort and tranquility.
To embrace the beauty of the surroundings while maintaining efficiency, all windows and door elements were thoughtfully designed. Crafted with dark insulating glazing imported from Germany (Schüko), these elements harmoniously blend plastic with a sturdy steel core, embodying both elegance and functionality.
