We host families for shorter or longer term month + stays and they love its convenience. Generally using the beach close by car. Our place is cleaning 1x every 4 days. Towels provided. Our internet and TV service means you don’t miss your favourite sport programs. Excellent location in popular Plai Laem. It’s a gem of a villa to stay in.
The space
Villa Nailia is a three bedroom, three bathroom villa set over two levels and offers a modern, tropical inspired space for a comfortable stay, with a fully equipped western style kitchen that includes an oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer; and a dining area that seats six. The ground floor area completely opens up, letting you enjoy the tropical paradise around you while using your own private pool. Villa Nailia is very lucky to have a small gorgeous coconut palm at the back wall, so enjoy floating around the pool under the palm leaves.
Entering the villa, you will find a spacious open plan living area including a lounge, dining room and kitchen, plus downstairs toilet facilities. Upstairs, the Master bedroom with ensuite, plus the second bedroom both have fitted wardrobes with comfortable king-size beds. The third bedroom has two single beds and shares a bathroom with the second bedroom. Both upstairs bathrooms are fitted with rain showers.
