The lower level holds the eight metre high glass-fronted living room with panoramic views, direct access to the 16-metre infinity pool (with an even depth of 1.40 metres), and a spacious pool terrace with a covered outdoor living sala to one side.
From there, residents and guests enjoy the warm, tropical breeze, while sitting on the day-beds, relaxing on a sun-lounger, or taking a dip in the pool. An adjacent oversized entertainment and barbecue area features bench-style seating and a long stone table. It accommodates up to 30 guests, sitting comfortably in the shade while enjoying lavish Thai meals, barbecue dinners, and Southern views.
