To the rear of the villa is a fully fitted western style kitchen and a laundry/storage area. A large covered terrace overlooks the gardens and the pool and offers plenty of space for outdoor living.

The wide sand washed pool terrace enjoys partial views to the sea and at the end is a sala and a large gas bbq that sits against a stunning natural rock feature.

To the rear of the property you will find self contained maid quarters comprised of a living area, bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, kitchen and a storage area. The live-in Thai couple have been there for 10 years and have provided excellent service both in the hose and garden. It is possible to extend their emloyment if the new owners desires so.

The property offers privacy and seclusion yet it is situated only a few minutes walking distance to luxury resorts which have 5 star dining facilities and beach restaurants should you decide to venture out from the tranquil villa but not wish to go to the main shopping and nightlife area of Chaweng which is just a 5-minute drive away.
