The central living area with retractable, floor to ceiling, Sun Paradise window system and has a Pro 9-foot championship caliber pool table. A large comfy sofa faces the large, wall mounted, flat screen TV and a 14 person, 3.6m long, solid Acacia wood dining table resides to one side.

The kitchen is top of the line ‐ equipped with a huge Viking Refrigerator, huge Viking Stove with grill and convection oven. The kitchen Island is an imported beautiful Italian stone, one of its kind. 

In the front living room corner, is an elevated relaxing space, ideal for reading or children to play.

The villa opens onto the pool deck and Italian crystal Bisazza glass mosaic pool.  This Infinity edge swimming pool has a built in jacuzzi and LED pool lighting allowing different colours for different moods Blue, Green, Red or “Disco”.  The pool deck has a big electric retractable awning, for shade and an outdoor shower area.

At the rear, there is ample car parking for 4 cars on the driveway plus a 2-car covered garage.  In the gardens and grounds, you can play football, BBQ, shoot some basketball or play squash in the international sized, air conditioned, private court. 

The villa has 6 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.  The 6 bedrooms comprise of 4 king size bedrooms, 1 extra size bedroom with two king sized beds, a twin bedroom. All bedrooms are separated from each other, offering greater privacy. 

Either side of the main living level are two fully equipped master bedrooms. The left-hand Bob Marley Master bedroom # 1 has a front terrace with direct access into the pool from one end. Huge walk-in closet and bathroom with full hot Jacuzzi bath, glass enclosed shower area and twin vanity sinks.  The views complete the package to make this an amazing bedroom experience. 

The second master bedroom # 2, Axl Rose room, has outrageous wrap around panoramic views of ocean and the mountains to the north. It’s like being in a modern, luxury tree house, perched up high looking down on the bay. 

Overlooking the rear garden is the large mountain view, Michael Jackson bedroom # 3. As well as a king size bed, the room has a full sofa bed, TV and ensuite bathroom plus a long open terrace area for taking in the morning sun as it crests the high mountains behind the villa. 

On the lower level of the villa are three more beautiful bedrooms. 

Under bedroom # 2 is the similarly sized, ocean view king size, Madonna room.

Bedroom # 4, the Jim Morrison bedroom with ensuite and outdoor sea view terrace. 

Bedroom # 5 Bob Dylan is huge with two king size beds and its own private terrace with personal sunbeds and small garden. 

Bedroom # 6, the Rolling Stones room, has two single beds and its own private ensuite bathroom.

The villa is private and secure with dramatic sea-views and yet only minutes to the Patong town centre.
