LPN WISDOM, a housing market research company, recently reported that according to the results of a review at the end of the first quarter of 2022, it was found that 36 developers registered on the stock exchange had a total revenue of 68 billion baht from January to March, which is 18.97% less than in the same period of 2021.

While Vichai Viratakaphan, acting director of the Real Estate Information Center (REIC), said that in the first quarter of 2022, the real estate sector began to recover due to a large number of new projects put up for sale and sales have clearly increased, but the sector is still facing increasing negative factors, especially the impact of rising oil prices, which affects the cost of living and affects the ability to buy or invest in real estate.
