Sansiri is strengthening its leadership in real estate technology in Thailand. The company has set a goal of zero greenhouse gas emissions (Net-zero) in its projects. Recently, the company teamed up with Samsung Electronics, the leader of the technology sector in Thailand and a provider of integrated solutions in solar energy, and for the first time, in Thailand put a house into operation under the motto "Smart home, smart energy".
The project uses a smart home model via an application from Samsung. The application will connect smart home devices and artificial intelligence technologies with 10 modes that correspond to the lifestyle of residents. You can manage the house from anywhere.
Special attention is paid to energy consumption. All items connected to the smart home system will be powered by solar energy. This will significantly reduce the electricity bill.
If you install 5-kilowatt solar panels in your house, you can save ฿33,000 per year on electricity bills and save 135 tons of carbon dioxide (which is equal to planting 362 trees).
This project is being created under the brand "Your City Reserve". The area around the houses will be made in the style of national parks, reminiscent of wildlife.
