The National Housing Administration offers 8 places for housing projects for low-income citizens

The National Housing Administration provides an opportunity for low-income people to register and reserve the right to rent buildings in Phang Nga from the beginning of August to August 30, 2022, granting the right to elderly, disabled and low-income people to rent apartments in special houses for ฿1,400 – ฿2,500.

"Low-income Construction Project" is available in 8 locations: Samut Sakhon, Kanchanaburi, Maha Sarakham, Surin, Ubon Ratchathani, Nakhon Sawan, Lampang and Phang Nga. The size of the rooms is approximately 28 and 30 square meters. Rental rates range from ฿1,400 – ฿2,500 (depending on the location of the project).

The state guarantees a developed infrastructure around the houses of this project for a comfortable life.

Holders of state social security cards with an income of no more than ฿100,000 per person or a citizen who does not have a card with an income of no more than ฿30,000 per month have the right to book accommodation.

Both Thai and foreign investors take part in the construction of social houses.
