The company sought to improve the quality of life, combined with social responsibility and environmental friendliness. Adhering to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals as the basis for developing a «Sustainable Happiness» strategy for the development of new real estate projects.
The company is going to move into «NET ZERO 2050» phase by following four strategies in construction and real estate management:

Separate garbage collection, recycling. Instilling in the residents of Areeya Family the habit of properly separating waste, providing waste separation containers and joining forces with HUPPO brand to provide a food waste decomposter machine that helps turn food waste into fertilizers. This strategy will be applied in all new Areeya projects.
The decompostering machine has already been tested in the COMO Bianca project. The resulting fertilizer is used for planting and fertilizing trees. Fertilizers can also be used in the project «Plant vegetables, grow love», which allows residents to gather together to grow vegetables in a non-toxic vegetable garden in a Greenhouse on the territory of the house.

Technologies and innovations for sustainable development. The company has an application «Recycle Time», which has been working since 2018. The application has all the information on the collection of recyclable garbage.
Currently, more than 266 tons of waste has been collected, which is equivalent to planting more than 40,000 trees. Thanks to the success of this project, in 2021 Areeya received a certificate from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment from the Project to Support the Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions.

Promotion of the use of electric vehicles. The company is installing EV Charger electric vehicle chargers to support the growing number of electric vehicles such as COMO Bianca, COMO Bianca ll and AREN, including in the company's head office building. There is also a «COLORS FREEVER» promotion: buy a house and get a car. Under certain conditions, the company gives small urban electric cars to real estate buyers.
