The Ministry of Finance has published a new estimate of the value of land in the country

The Ministry of Finance has published a new assessment of the land. The Ministry of Finance will put into effect new land assessments for 2023-2026 from January 1, 2023. In the whole country, the new estimated price increased by an average of 8% compared to the previous three-year period, the highest prices remain in Bangkok.

Tananpong Suksomsak, Head of the Property Valuation Department of the Ministry of Finance, said that the total estimated value in the country increased by an average of 8%, while in Bangkok the increase was about 3%. In the provinces more than 8%, especially in the areas of the location of new railways, new highways, in the zone of the Eastern Economic Corridor (the zone covering the provinces of Chonburi, Chachengsao, Rayong).

The highest price in Bangkok:

  • Silo, Rama 1 - 250,000 baht / m2;
  • Sukhumvit – 187,500 baht / m2;
  • Rahadaphisek - 112 500 baht / m2
  • Pechaburi - 75,000 baht / m2;
  • Pahoniothin - 62,500 baht / m2.

The highest price in Pattaya:

  • Beach Road, Bang Lamung area – 55,000 baht/m2.

Rayong province:

  • Muang area – 25,000 baht/m2;
  • Ban Khai Road – 15,000 baht/m2.

Chachengsau province:

  • Makhachak Road – 12,500 baht / m2;
  • Road 304 (Suwin Mogog) – 12,500 baht / m2.
