The main trends in the real estate market in 2023 have been identified. Consumers will focus more on cost and safety, as well as aspects formed after COVID-19:
- Space. People want a big house. So that each resident has a personal space and a place to work.
- Health and well-being. As for health and environmental issues, such as clean air without PM2.5 dust and safety from COVID-19, the latest air filters are installed during the development of high-class projects.
- Smart home technology. Smart home technologies are focused on convenience and safety, for example, remote switching on and off of lights, electrical appliances, or the availability of chargers for electric vehicles.
- Energy saving. More and more people are choosing to use eco-friendly energy, such as solar panels. More and more projects are being created with solar panels installed on the roof.
- The luxury homes segment continues to rise in price: now luxury homes are in the range of 30–50-million-baht, premium homes are estimated at 51-80 million baht, and super-luxury homes are estimated at more than 80 million baht. However, this segment occupies a small market share.
