The index of trust in developers grows

The Real Estate Information Center reported that the index of trust in developers increased in the third quarter of 2022 compared to the previous quarter and the same period last year.

It is established that in this quarter, the index rose to 51.8 from 49.8 in the previous quarter. Last year, during the same period, the index was 47.1. This reflects the confidence of real estate operators, which continues to improve for 2 quarters after a sharp decline in the first quarter of 2022.

This improvement may be related to the economy’s recovery after the weakening of measures to combat the spread of COVID-19. Government support measures to purchase real estate have also increased the purchasing power of the population in the real estate sector.

In the third quarter of 2022, the real estate sector is facing significant negative factors that concern entrepreneurs, such as rising oil prices, which will lead to higher prices for building materials, inflation and interest rates.

During the pandemic, many construction companies curtailed their activities and suspended all projects. Now, the companies are returning to the market and are active in all regions of the country.
