Thailand received 7 awards for the best real estate in Asia at the 17th Grand Final of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards

The PropertyGuru Group, a leading real estate technology company in Southeast Asia, held the 17th award ceremony for the winners of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards.

The project in Bangkok Lake Legend Bangna-Suvarnabhumi, created in collaboration with Hong Kong Land and Property Perfect Public Company Limited, became the winner in the nomination «Best residential/land construction on the seashore», and Villa Jetiya 2 in Khong Kheng with a private pool from Jetiya Property company received an award in the nomination «Best Architectural Project housing/landscape landscape (Asia)».

Other winners were projects from the Philippines (seven awards), Singapore (six awards), Indonesia (six awards), Australia (five awards), Vietnam (four awards), Japan (three awards), Cambodia and Malaysia with two awards each.

This year, the PropertyGuru Icon Award was awarded to Candra Ciputra, Chief Executive Officer of Ciputra Group and Managing Director of PT.Ciputra Development TBK from India.

Award-winning projects and the company will become the gold standard for Asian real estate.
