Apichart Chutrakul, Chairman of the Board at Sansiri Public Company Limited, announced that on October 18, 2022, the company established a new joint venture for real estate development with Tokyu Corporation and Sahapat Real Estate, called Siri TK Five Company Limited. The initial authorized capital is 50 million baht, divided into 500,000 regular shares with a nominal value of 100 baht per share. SIRI, a Thai developer, invested 70% of the authorized capital.

The authorized capital is structured as follows:

  1. Sansiri, 70%;
  2. Tokyo Corporation, 29%;
  3. Sahapat Real Estate, 1%.

This alliance is another example of Japanese companies’ continued interest in Thai real estate. Their participation guarantees quality and application of cutting-edge technologies in construction.
