The demand for low-rise housing in the elite segment is stable and the developer Sansiri has bet on this segment of real estate. The company expects 15% sales growth thanks to this solution in 2022.
The company's management believes that the opportunities in the low-rise luxury housing market are huge, since buyers in this segment have not been affected by the economic downturn caused by the pandemic.
The size of the project should not be too large, as buyers need privacy and security, and the surrounding space should be well thought out and meet all the needs of consumers.
In the first quarter of 2022, Sansiri's pre-sales of low-rise luxury properties amounted to 2 billion baht out of 4.6 billion baht for all its low-rise projects. Last year, the company recorded a maximum profit of 11 billion baht on all sales.
By the end of this year, the company plans to achieve growth of 15%, as in 2022 it plans to launch six new low-rise luxury housing projects totaling 9.6 billion baht.
One of it will be Demise the 49, a 3.5-storey townhouse project worth 1.6 billion baht with a small plot of land. Each house will cost from 18.9 to 35 million baht. The company expects the homes to be sold out by the end of the year.
