  2. Tanarat Road, the main road of Khao Yai. The average price for houses and apartments is lower than in the Khao Yai-Wang Nam Khieu area. The sale starts at 5 million THB per property, while the price of a free land increases from 1,250 THB to 9,000 THB per m2.
  3. In the area of the Kood Khla - Phanan Syk road, the price of free land is 750 - 6,750 THB per m2.

As for the trends in the Khao Yai real estate market, it was found that over the past 5 years (2017-2021), Khao Yai-Wang Nam Khieu and Nong Saray areas became new areas for the construction of housing units. There is a construction of condominiums, villas and townhouses. Residential spaces continue to expand under the demand.
