The Government Housing Bank (GHB) announces the successful outcome of the VARIETY HOME VIRTUAL FAIR, an online housing exhibition. It was held for the first time between April 25 and May 1, 2022.
The number of visitors to the site reached 39,500, and the number of visitors participating in the event through the GHB’s official Facebook page was over 17,000.
At the event, real estate was displayed, that could be purchased under special conditions from the bank. The total amount of loans with a special interest rate provided during the fair reached more than 3,365 million baht.
The GHB managing director said that the following lending terms were offered to the participants at the fair: for the first year, a mortgage with a 2.22% interest rate (the general limit is1,500 million baht) or a Golden Minute housing loan with a 1.60% interest rate for the first year (the general limit is 500 million baht).
Following the event’s success, the bank has scheduled the GHB VARIETY HOME VIRTUAL FAIR: Online Housing Fair again, in September 2022.
