Now the Ministry of Finance has established that Silom Road has an estimated value of 700,000 to 1 million baht per square meter of land. Silom is an ideal place to live, work and live-in style. The highlight of this area is the junction point of the two main Skytrain BTS-MRT power lines, as well as the business and financial center.
Now there are many old houses and shops in the area, which are planned to be turned into modern complexes.
