Real estate prices in Songkhla increased by 5-10% in six months

Supachai Rujiruangroth, President of Songkhla Real Estate Association, said that the real estate situation in Songkhla is currently influenced by many factors. The main ones among it are the spread of COVID–19, rising oil prices, inflation and an increase in the cost of construction materials.

Real estate sales in Songkhla remained stable in the first half of 2022. Predictions for the second half of the year are still uncertain due to the instability of the situation.

The demand for houses in Songkhla is still very high, there is no oversupply on the market. Real estate prices have increased by 5-10% due to the rise in the cost of construction. In the near future, a house at a price below 3 million baht will most likely not be found here.
