From March 30 to April 3, 2022, the real estate exhibition «Construction and Materials FOCUS 2022» was held at Impact Hall 8 Muang Thong Thani in Nonthaburi province. New construction projects and construction materials were presented at the exhibition. In just 5 days of the exhibition, deals were concluded for the purchase of real estate with a total value of 4 billion baht. At the same time, 45% of the houses purchased are in the price range of 2.5 – 5 million baht. 32% fall on houses worth 5-10 million baht. 21% is accounted for by houses worth more than 10 million baht. Only 2% accounted for houses worth less than 2.5 million baht.
In addition to real estate in Bangkok and nearby provinces, properties in Nakhon Ratchasima, Sakon Nakhon, Maha Sarakham, Udon Thani and Chanthaburi were presented at the exhibition.
This year, the total amount of purchases exceeded all expectations. Previously, this amount was about 2 billion baht, last year, due to COVID-19, there were fewer visitors than usual and deals were made for only 2,100 million baht.
It is noted that this year the age of visitors is much lower than before. Most of the visitors were aged 35-40 years. The total number of visitors was 10,000 people.
