While serviced apartments may not offer the same level of luxury services as hotels, they still provide superior customer service compared to conventional condominiums, and the interiors are well decorated and furnished, making them an attractive option for new residents and experienced investors. On the contrary, apartment prices have increased by 7% over the past five years, and 2-3 new condominium projects are launched every year between 2018 and 2022.
