Pruksa copes with political risks thanks to a reliable portfolio for the second half of the year

In an exclusive interview with Prachachat, Piya Prayong, CEO of Pruksa Real Estate, discusses the company's investment strategy after the recent general election. Despite the reduction in the number of real estate and condominium projects to 23 in 2023, the total cost of these projects remains significant and amounts to 23.5 billion baht, which strengthens Pruksa's position among the 10 leading real estate brands in Thailand. With this in mind, it is necessary to pay close attention to the adjustment of the investment strategy for the upcoming half-year.

The company will continue to develop condominiums in its core group. These are facilities worth 3-5 million baht. However, facilities in other market segments will be developed: 70% of the properties will focus on the middle-upper price range.

Basically, Pruksa will focus on the construction of low-rise houses, not condominiums, focusing on prices of 10-50 million baht, but we will not build houses for a hundred million baht.
