Bok Din 3 helps to get land rights

According to the Land Department, lots of people use plots. They build houses on it, use it for agriculture, but at the same time the plots are not registered as property. The third phase of the Bok Din project allows you to register your land as property without fines from February 1, 2022 to June 30 of the same year.

As of May 26, 2022, more than 169,130 land plots not registered as property have already been reported. 5 provinces with the highest number of appeals: Ubon Ratchathani - 10,703 plots, Nakhon Phanom - 8,643 plots, Nakhon Ratchasima - 8,329 plots, Sisaket - 8,315 plots and Chiang Rai - 6,946 plots.

The first two phases of the project have already taken place earlier. In 2020, 11,899 plots were registered, in 2021 - 447,306. Then many people decided to register their plots, but there are many appeals this time.
