The complex of buildings will include 5 luxury hotels covering every segment from the boutique hotel level, business hotel to the super luxury level (including Thailand's first hotel - The Ritz-Carlton), more than 5 buildings of Class A office buildings, retail space, 3 ultra-luxury and luxury apartment buildings.
More than 6 developers, including foreign ones, are working on the project.
The commissioning of the first stage of buildings is scheduled for 2023, the entire area is planned to be completed in 2027. Bangkok's largest business quarter will change the microclimate of the area, turning it into the most developed and prosperous area of Bangkok, which will affect real estate prices in this area.
