Thailand's leading developer Noble has launched a new unique project – Noble Curate. This is a luxury village with premium private houses in Bangkok. For the first time, each owner will participate in the design of the house with the leading architects of Thailand. Six of the most famous architects of the country were involved to this event, who will realize the wishes of buyers. The architects of the project are Chan Sampalang, Warut Woravan, Ayutt Mahasom, Tavin Khanbunsat, Duangrit Bunnak, and Bunset Mevichitraphan. Each architect works in his own style: someone prefers Thai traditions, someone Japanese minimalism or European style. Buyers will decide who they want to build their homes with. The owner will make decisions in creating houses by design and functionality.
In total, the project consists of 15 land plots of 6 to 10 acres. The plots are suitable for the construction of houses of 1,000 m2 or more. The price of the plots starts from ฿80 million.
On the territory of the complex, there will be a garden, a golf club, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a conference room, lounge areas, and a children's club.
