Real estate experts have named the most suitable areas of Phuket for investors. Real estate in these areas has the highest rental yield, and almost all local real estate belongs to the elite.
Now there are two districts with the highest profitability at the moment. First, it is Patong - the main tourist city of Phuket with a large beach and many night bars and clubs. The second area is a map, next to one of the most visited beaches of the island.
The most promising areas in terms of rent growth were as follows:
- Bang Tao is the most popular resort area with the largest beach in Phuket;
- Surin is a resort area with a relatively small but popular beach;
- Kamala is a resort town with a 3 km long beach.
A special place is occupied by Nai Harn, a small resort area with a popular beach, an artificial lake and the Wat Nai Harn monastery. This area falls into both categories: now it has one of the best rental yields, but the area has good prospects for even greater growth.
Phuket real estate attracts investors with a yield of 4% to a record 10%, analysts say. At the same time, it is worth remembering a few simple rules. First, you need to choose a property in a prestigious area with developed infrastructure. The property itself must be in good condition so that the costs of its maintenance are not too high.
