In second place is the location also in Phuket - Khao Keo - Seedlings. There are currently 1069 apartments for sale there with a total cost of 8,123 million baht. In third place is the Production Bank of Something (Surat thani) in the amount of 896 units for 2,419 million baht. The fourth place in terms of the number of properties for sale was taken by a location near the beach - also in Phuket with 798 apartments worth 4,444 million baht. In 5th place was the ThaKham - Huang Hin district in Songkhla Province with 771 units worth 3,368 million baht. The highest real estate price reaches 5 million baht.
As for Phuket and Surat Thani, not so many new condominium projects have been launched there in the last period - 350 and 459, respectively. At the same time, there were more residential complexes with apartments - by 11.6% and 11.3%.
