The Chief Executive Officer of Housing Sukpracha, said that an inspection of the territory was carried out to prepare a project for 100,000 houses for renting for a long stay. Initially, the project was created for low-income people and vulnerable groups of the population so that they have access to standard housing at an affordable price.
The Thai Tourism Authority became a shareholder in the creation of this project, the management owns 30%. In this regard, some of the houses will be available to tourists at the same attractive prices.
«Long-term Residence Project» will be a pilot project in the form of long-term rental housing for the elderly and retired civil servants, as well as for tourists for a long stay.
The highlight of this project is that the rental price is below the market. Rent will start from 2900 baht per month. There will be a medical center on the territory of the center, accessible to all residents. This complex will become a community that can take care of retired civil servants, including civilians, soldiers, police officers and elderly people in need of housing.
