The company announced the purchase of a large amount of land plots in the metropolitan area, namely in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan and Samut Sakhon, ranging from 16,000 to 408,000 m2. Business-class residential buildings will be constructed on these land plots in the future . It demonstrates the company's interest in expensive projects.
Many developers target the middle class in their 2022 project planning with condominiums launching at 1 million THB, but LAND AND HOUSES have chosen a different path for the new year.
In 2022, Land and Home plans to launch 15 new projects with a total value of 29,520,000,000 THB, which is 50% more from those launched in 2021.
