Hua Hin is still popular with local buyers

In comparison to other parts of Thailand, Hua Hin's housing demand is still not experiencing sharp increases. Additionally, local purchasers' interest is a little bit stronger compared to foreign buyers. And now individuals are looking for more expensive properties after the COVID-19 outbreak caused a spike in demand for homes, villas, and townhouses priced at 5 million baht or less.

In Hua Hin, the demand for housing decreased overall between the fourth quarter of 2021 and the first quarter of this year by 1.9 percent. In April and May, the situation clearly got better. Since December 2021, these two months were the strongest.

Among potential homeowners, low-rise private homes with three bedrooms or more continue to be in high demand. Local and international buyers choose this market niche. because it matches to Thailand's basic housing patterns. The second most prevalent category of homes was two bedrooms.
