Habitat Group developer launches its first low-rise project

The developer Habitat Group is launching its first low-rise project. For 10 years before that, the company was building and managing condominiums. Most of its projects are located in Pattaya.

Habitat Group decided to go into low-rise construction after consumer preferences changed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Buyers grew interested in more spacious properties.

Houses are convenient not only for permanently residing families but also for travelers. The global “work from home” trend means that almost everyone now needs a work space at home.

Habitat Group previously participated in low-rise projects for two brands, The Ville Jomtien and X2 Pattaya Oceanphere, in tandem with other developers.

The new project will feature a contemporary design. The project value is 1.7 billion baht. It will be built on the area of 81,600 m2. The first stage of construction will include 65 houses, a common area, a club, a living room, a swimming pool, a children’s club room, and a mixed-use event room.

There are two types of houses to choose from:

  • Rosewood Grand Villa, a 2-story detached house with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a maid’s room, and 3 parking spaces. The usable area is 375 m2. Each house has a private swimming pool. The price is 13 – 15 million baht.
  • Cassia Pool Villa, a 2-story detached house with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and 2 parking spaces. The usable area is 282 m2. The house has a swimming pool. The price is 8 – 12 million baht.

Construction will begin in November 2022.
