Real estate experts in Thailand have identified 5 provinces with the largest number of condominiums owned by foreigners. According to experts, these are Bangkok and Chonburi Province, which account for 76.4% of the total number in the country. It is followed by Samut Prakan, Phuket and Chiang Mai.
