In a recent statement, Ms. Supicha Natsuwannafong, Head of Business Management at Enrich Group, highlighted the positive prospects for the real estate market in the second half of the year. There is a noticeable surge in demand for luxury real estate on the market due to buyers looking for housing. The constant demand for housing emphasizes the need for projects that take into account the preferences of the target audience, including such important factors as location, quality, design aesthetics and functionality.

The company plans to focus on elite facilities with an area of more than 500 m2. This will be the new ARCH project. There are 12 houses with an area of 535m2-829 m2, 5 bedrooms, parking for 4-6 cars and a private elevator. The starting price is 65 million baht.

Demand for luxury real estate is growing in Bangkok and its surroundings, both among domestic and foreign clients.

The design of the objects will also be developed in a luxurious style with the involvement of leading designers.

When considering this group of clients, a tendency to their constant growth is revealed. This is a group of customers with high purchasing power who want to expand the living space with more privacy. As a result, total sales of luxury properties on the market in Q1 2023 increased by 78%.

While the total sales volume in 2022 was 68%, with the highest points of sale located in the city center. Sales are up to 88%, which is considered the highest figure compared to other places, since it is well known that there are very few offers for the domestic market in this place. However, due to the limited land, the demand for houses in the city center remains constant.
