The Hot Property Southeast Asia Awards 2022 was attended by a diverse set of developers, projects and agents, among which more than 45 winners from all over the region were awarded. The star of this evening was SM Development Corporation (ZMDC) from the Philippines. The developer received four awards, including «Developer of the Year in Southeast Asia 2022» - the highest award of the event.
For the first time since 2019, the Dot Property Southeast Asia Awards were held offline with the personal presence of applicants from seven countries. About 300 real estate companies attended the largest real estate award in Southeast Asia, which took place on December 15 at Four Seasons Bangkok.
