Developers will reduce the cost of building condominiums to avoid price increases

Developers should reconsider the size of apartments and adjust some functions so that housing prices remain unchanged. Developers will also be more cautious about buying land to avoid higher costs due to the new tax.

Honorary President of the Association of Housing Business, said that the cost of building houses will increase by 5-10%, especially for residential property, for which the cost of construction is higher than the cost of land. Some functions that require too much money should be replaced with more budget options that will not affect the buyer's use of housing. Ready-made condominiums will not suffer from rising prices for building materials, since their construction was carried out before inflation began. But for condominiums under construction, developers can change materials, not resort to the services of expensive designers or save on something else to keep prices at the same level.
