Country Group Development launches an international school and a multifunctional apartment building project

Country Group Development (CGD), under the leadership of CEO Mr. Ben Tachobol, has announced its ambitious plan to develop a new multifunctional project in the Rama 3 area. The project will feature an international school called Rama 3 International School, the construction of which has already begun. This international school will consist of six buildings and will be able to accommodate about 1,700 students. The school is expected to open its doors in 2025. In addition, the mixed-use project will also include the construction of a luxury condominium, which is scheduled to open in the last quarter of this year.

Country Group is moving forward to transform a plot of land into a new multifunctional center worth about 14 billion baht in the heart of Rama 3, creating an international project with a school and luxury apartments ready to attract foreign customers.

Based on its success, the company has developed a new large multifunctional project. An international school and elite condominium projects will be located on the industrial ring road in Rama 3.

The company's previous success: Chao Phraya Estate, a multifunctional megaproject along the river. The total cost of the project is more than 32 billion baht. The Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok, Capella Bangkok and Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok condominium project in the area along the Tiao Phraya River. Today, the company intends to create the same phenomenon again in Rama 3, starting with a premium international school.

The International School Rama 3 will consist of 6 modern buildings. Accommodates about 1,700 students, aged 2 to 18 years (from preschool to 12th grade) using a world-class curriculum combined with extracurricular activities.

Currently, international schools are in demand in the Thai market, as follows:

  1. Thai parents who want their children to receive an international education
  2. Foreign families who come to work in Thailand, especially the Chinese, who are currently actively bringing their families to Thailand
  3. Students from neighboring countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam), who are popular to send children to study in Thailand.
