In the first half of 2022, Hua Hin real estate market improved compared to the same period of the previous year. Developers are constantly organizing advertising programs and promotions, which has helped to reduce the number of unsold housing units.

Among the new projects in Hua Hin there are 252 objects. The condominium supply is mainly located in the Chaam district, which is 57%, followed by the Khao Takiab district (13%) and the coastal zone (12%). More than half of the condominiums have no sea view (55%).

In 2022, a total of 1,773 units were sold, and the total number of units remaining for sale was approximately 5,963 units. Thais are still the main buyers; foreign demand currently occupies no more than 5%.

The average price is 100,000 baht per square meter. Near the sea, the average price is 150,000 baht per square meter.

Condominiums in Khao Takiab had the highest sales rate at 96%, followed by condominiums near the beach and Khao Tao.

It is expected that the direction of the Hua Hin condominium market will fully recover in 2022.
