Bridge on Koh Samui. How the life of the island will change?

The operators of the tourist business on Koh Samui are calling on the government to promote the island as a health tourism center. There is also a plan to build a bridge connecting Khanom district in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province with Koh Samui. The plan was approved by Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha.

The bridge can also help reduce the cost of living on Koh Samui, since all transportation and delivery of food and building materials will be able to be carried out by road. It can also increase the flow of tourists to the island. As a result, the demand for real estate will increase.

The bridge project has not yet been officially adopted, but its development will begin soon.
