Brand updating of Sathaporn Estate

The managing director of Sathaporn Estate said that the company is going to change its style and concentrate on the medium and elite segment of real estate. The company analyzed changes in consumer behavior and decided that the most promising area in real estate is luxury housing.

The developer will focus on three main points of construction:

  • Design. The best designers of the country will be invited to create a cozy and comfortable home. Attention will also be paid to landscape design in the adjacent territories.
  • Functionality. It is planned to introduce technologies and environmental innovations for use in various projects to make life more comfortable. Much attention will be paid to the multifunctionality of the living space: more and more people work from home and in general families began to spend more time at home.
  • Development of public space. New technologies will also be applied in the public space of residential complexes: in play areas, lounge areas, coworking areas, swimming pools.

The company plans to maintain a balance between multi-storey and low-rise projects, without giving preference to one of the types of real estate.

After the rebranding, the company will return with three major projects:

  • THE CROWN Residences is a 32-storey condominium, with large spacious apartments. There will be a total of 183 apartments in the project. The total cost is 2,016 million baht. Located in the business district of Bangkok.
  • The Eternity Grove Saimai - Phahon village with townhouses, 92 houses in total, with 3 parking spaces each. The total cost of the project is 560 million baht. The buyer will be able to choose the design of his/her house.
  • The Eternity Rama 9 – Wongwaen luxury cottage project in the promising area of Rama 9. There are 70 houses in total, the total cost of the project is 730 million baht. The starting price of houses from 9 million baht preliminary sales are scheduled for November this year.
