While the Atmoz Flow Minburi sales gallery has been open since June 2022, AssetWise and Japanese firm Takara Leben held the official launch of the project last month. This low-rise condominium is the third project of the partners who also created Atmos Tropicana Bangna and Kave Seed Kaset.
Atmoz Flow Minburi will consist of three eight-storey buildings. The project consists of 739 apartments and is part of the multifunctional complex Ice Park. Construction is expected to be completed by the second quarter of next year. Atmoz Flow Minburi prices start from THB 1.69 million.
A place in Minburi may not be the most popular, at least in expat circles, but in fact it is quite interesting. The complex is located near Min Buri Market station on the MRT Pink line, which will begin serving passengers later this year.
Residents are expected to come from industrial zones and hospitals that are located in the area. The campus of Kasem Bundit University in Romklao is also close to the house. These features have proved successful for similar low-rise condominium projects in the suburbs of Bangkok.
For Takara Leben, Atmoz Flow Minburi's location and vision are in line with other projects under a joint venture agreement with AssetWise. This made the decision to launch this project quite easy.
