Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning of the Ministry of Interior joined forces with the Digital Government Development Agency to increase the number of public services available online, which makes them more accessible to citizens. Receiving public services remotely saves a great deal of time. You can now apply for the following documents related to property construction online:
- Construction permit.
- Building remodeling permit.
- Building demolition permit.
- Construction certificate.
These services have been available online since July 5, 2022 in the 4 pilot areas:
- Pattaya, Chonburi Province.
- Rangsit municipality, Pathum Thani Province.
- Bang Khu Wat municipality, Pathum Thani Province.
- Ban Song Khanong, Nakhon Pathom Province.
The services will be available throughout the country starting from October 3, 2022.
