You can book a visit and you will be accepted at the appointed time. You can use the service in all 461 offices of the department throughout the country. At the moment, 179,143 users have downloaded the application. At the same time, the application service has already been used 453,206 times.
The application was developed during COVID-19 to prevent the accumulation of a large number of people in one room. The agency encourages more people to use the service and promises to expand the functionality.
