The highlight is that the BOI investment promotion program has a sales price ceiling of no more than 1.2 million baht, as a result of which the developer will attract people with low and middle income. Especially young clients who are starting to work or starting a family. Real estate will become very affordable, especially taking into account installments or mortgages.

The main target customers are divided into real-demand customers who buy residential housing and investors who plan to rent or resell apartments.

The project will be very profitable for both groups. The installment payment will be 5-6 thousand baht, which is equal to the rent for a hostel or apartment. The ROI in this project will be 6-7%.
