In the prestigious eco-district of Bangkok, Forestias will build a 44-storey residential building The Forestias Signature Series.
The construction will cost 5.9 billion baht ($168 million). The skyscraper will have only large-sized housing: a total of 122 apartments on 42 floors, with an area of 140 to 350 m2 and a layout of 2 to 5 rooms. On the last two floors there will be a penthouse with an area of 917 m2. Each apartment will have a panoramic view of the surrounding area - in particular, the local forest with an area of 48,000 m2.
Prices in the new elite residential complex start from 37 million baht ($1.05 million) for a two-room apartment. 49 million baht ($1.4 million) is being asked for a three-room apartment.
At the moment, the developer, Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC), is building the lower floors of the skyscraper and preparing showrooms for future buyers. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025.
The Forestias one of the largest new districts of Bangkok, occupying 636,000 m2. The project was created by Magnolia Quality Development Corporation and includes several residential complexes with apartments, a residential complex with villas, office buildings, community and family centers. A distinctive feature of the area is a dense forest with walking paths of variable height.
